A UW wasn`t that long ago. The cost of doing a UW is pretty high and takes a very long time to build. Give people a chance to make enough money to do a UW..though the normal viral angel/pyth/fodder/fodder UW is always an option.

I`m sure it could be brought back if people agreed. However, a UW was not that terribly long ago, so it wouldn`t be relevant.
