ok many of you have pointed out that the current Walkthrough is obsolete at this time, and though we are all waiting on a update, I`ve submitted to stephen a newer version which he`s offered to put up on the game.

GC Walkthrough

that is the link, I`d appreciate it if you would all pick it to parts and post here or PM me any problems you see on it.

er oh yeah and i know its green .. Stephen said not so long ago the GC updae would be a shade of green, not knowing which i just matched it to a old banner.

Very nice. Good work, Pandy. I didn`t go too far in... just the initial pages, but I really like it. The one suggestion I have...

http://pandoralives72.tripod.com/GCWalkthrough/1.htm

On that page, where you have the server speeds and whatnot? It`s great that you have the times and whatnot, but what would be useful (something I myself always calculate, but it`s nice to have a reference to look at, especially for a new player) is to include exactly how much time it takes to hit max turns. That is probably the single most important thing that you can know on the turnbased servers... and even RT, to an extent. For example, without a paid I know that if I go away from the computer for 3 hours, I have another 20 minutes until I hit the turn limit on ultra. Twelve and a half hours for fast. The turn regeneration numbers tell you how fast a server is... but the time-till-max number tells you the frequency of a server. For me, that is a MUCH more important statistic, for obvious reasons... after all, people who only play one server choose it based on how active they have to be to compete. Slow, where you can go away for five days (as long as you have borders) and come back with almost max turns... or normal, where it`s 45 hours to hit max, just less than your DP time... *shrugs* I think you get my point. I`m a bit tired, so please excuse my somewhat random rambling here.

lol ok its the ones posting there are mistakes i need you to actually tell me where ok, really need the input, after you read the thing a few times over and over you tend to just miss them.

good, however :

on this page state that terran need 20 commercial to do missions, they only need 5, but 20 in any infra research.

you cant lose more than 3 colonies, should say 2 i guess.
imo new players shouldnt be adviced to enslave, and should be adviced to have at least 10 stacks and not 3 but well thats not an error, and allright if you think thats what they should be told:)

good walkthrough:) give a link to it below help center or something perhaps? or include it the validation email.

I agree with zenith when I played terran it was easier to research to level 20 comm , and what a fantstic job with the walkthrough very few errors and very user friendly good work =)

The grammer and vocabulary seems good. A few errors, but still readable. And the errors are really tiny anyway.

Much better than the old version.

Though I think "research comm to lvl 20", and "research garuda destroyer" is better than "research comm to lvl 5" and "research frigate"
