It`s under 5k you are protected. At exactly 5k, you are not. Not supposed to be, anyways.

Should be possible...

Target is too weak for you to attack.
Target power rating is below 30% of yours.

Protection Not protected

The game lists him as not protected.

when under 5000 pr you are under newbie protection. u cant attack anyone and vice versa. its not a bug.

i beleive you have to be OVER 5000 to be attacked thats what i think anyway
