ok remember this is stephen math ok.
And by his calculations that is 148.21384 above which makes it doable since that means its under 150% above.
and yes I know that isn`t the correct math, but I`m not having to fix it so i dont` care :D

Well... there is a way to attack somebody over double your PR. It doesn`t apply to your situation, of course... but if somebody is in the top five, they can be hit from -300%.

nope, I wasn`t building ships... in fact, I was on the disband page when I got attacked...
Very similar i mean its like a .05% to happen
Its a miner bug, it happens when they go to attack you, ( the same second your building ships) so you jump as your being hit, Very similar to the double attack bug.

except for a counter, I don`t believe there is any way to attack someone who is more than twice your PR...
but obviously, I`m either wrong, or something got screwed up...
