I am wondering the so-called `Giving away randomly clusters` considered as a legally planet transfer. I just ran across a so-called `Giving away randomly` case....

and ofc make it public that your doing so , any loophole you think of in the rule to give your friend planets unfairly is ofc against the rules :o

lmao Raist...

And as far as giving away planets is concerned, the most legal way to do it is by taking a normal DP every day b y building a half decnt fleet. Basically just dont refresh borders or attack anyone untill all your colonies are gone. :)

thats not a legal transfer, thats just a competition. must be made public and stacks are kept secret, or none at all even if you may ;P
V VALJA
as long you don`t know what are the stacks and it`s announce in public... it`s fair game...

if its given in the form of a bounty then yes.
