I have been taking this weight lifting class since August. The start of the class I was struggling with the bench press. I couldn`t even lift the bar at all!! Embarrassing right?
Well me and my partner in the class kept at it until the last day of class yesterday. Of course, I had to work on other machines to build up strength with all parts of my body. I also had to do free weights which I came from lifting 5lbs to 15lbs. My favorite machine is the one that works on your hips. I think TNM knows about the machine since he goes to the gym. lol.
Going back to the bench almost every class period, I can now lift 75lbs and do two sets of 12! :o My professor was tickled because in the beginning I was his weakest student. I shocked some of my classmates yesterday hehe. I was giggling like a little girl because I was happy.
