anyone know how the system determines a cluster`s new loyalty? i would assume it takes the average of the 4 component colonies but apparentely that isnt the case lol

if you got some turns that need used up it might give you something to do. But it will barely effect your income.

how does loyalty work 4 collective? do u as a collective get a resource bonus if loyalty is max?

Also a sweet way to waste turns when your fingers are aching form massive researching...

1 trick I already knew about loyalty, if you reward while the population is low you can save alot of cash.

Players are full of odd little tricks. Learning them all makes you a better player, so kudos to JJ for asking =) Can often times learn stuff you didn`t ask but is nevertheless very useful. You all think guards just stole 5k loyalty c2`s? =p

Keep in mind taking a colony reduces it`s loyalty in half. If with one person it has 5,000, when taken by someone else it will have 2,500 for them.

this thread is full of useful info not found in any of the game guides

5k is the max loyalty you can get rewarding. You can go past that doing the missions.

Ooh, that IS a cool trick.

Is 5K loyalty the max?

Nice, didn`t know that :)

cool :) thanks for the info :)

yep 100% accurate.

Little trick:

Loyalty 1 colony in the cluster to 5k loyalty. Kill ALL pop on every other cluster EXCEPT the 5k loyalty one. Form teh cluster and repop.

Wala you have not got a nice 5k loyalty C2/C3/whatever.

Works GREAT with Guardians making a C2 if you capture a nice loyalty normal planet or C1

average of the colonies added as long as the colony has more then 0 population, like ish said.
I Ishamael
it averages out the population:loyalty per planet added. so if you put in a 0 pop planet with 5000 loyalty, none of it will transfer over as there`s no pop. same can be said if you get a 5000 loyalty planet with pop on it then you could potentially zero out your other colonies before clustering to get max loyalty.

im pretty sure that`s accurate.
