I just plundered a small C1 that i stripmined... before plundering, my PR was at 42k... after i pundered it my PR jumped to 71k.... why ?

How is base PR calculated excactly? i`d really like to know that ! I want to battle at low PR hence i plundered 111 planets yesterday...

No... my population was the same before and i have not completed an additional housing lvl yet.
I only have a handufll of planets, 1 U.Spaz, 1 U.Large and 3 borders, before i plundered my planet count was 8, now it`s 3 so in my best calculations and predictions my PR should have decreased instead...

did ur population increase in that time and did u build any extra infra on your planets b4 u plundered?
