Cluster problem

i have the cluster 1 technology and i have 15 planets explored. when i click projects and go through to cluster 1 i get to the screen to choose a mineral.. the problem is that there are no minerals or bubbles to click on when looking at that page.

this is a temperary problem that the admins will take care of shortly just hang on for a few
