kyril didnt even log on until after he was out of dp anyhow he didnt extra base up so stop complaining and hide in dp from me crazy~!!!

Crazy, u should ask players around about the uw thing..i hav been planned and told eveyone i will do an attempt on 15-20th of november in some time of october..so the server outage happened coincidence with my plan...:(

This extra time gives him all the time in the world to starbase up even more, plus its not only free starbasing time its also free hours to the UW.
Kyril shouldnt have set it off in the first place, he set it off after the warning & is getting special treatment instead of punishment.

at the same time it`s not fair to him to reset this totally, wasting 20 hours of uw. Admins have said to freeze this at the time when server went out and resume it when he comes back
