EXTREMELY URGENT !!
Kyril (#12065) finishes construction of an ultimate alien weapon !
Universal Council have removed attack restrictions on Kyril !
40 hours before end of the galaxy.
Will there be anyone who can stop this Empire before it`s too late?

Um is it just me or did he do this on purpose at the same time the server will be down, seems to be me he is trying to cheat the system or just messing around, either way rude.

hmmm, i didn`t know this

any way to extend the UW hours (past 48 to compensate the dp if it happens)

i wouldn`t want people to say they weren`t given a fair chance

server is only down for a few hours.

And if stephens previous coding is anything to go by it will more likely kill the UW than leave it. :/
