Maybe because no-one wants to broker those kinds of trades between empires and its impossible to verify.

sounds like what ppl did in runescape.. till all that was banned cuz so much trade was being done and no one was actually trying to rind the special items the way the game intended and they ended up shutting it all down. runescape still is active though... just all the $ trade for items is forbidden.

If...IF stephen wanted to make a lil extra $, why not he appoint an Admin to broker the trades OR sell them himself. all $ going to his bank account (and the buying empire gets a month of paid)

This is true DM but GA can look up which paid was bought by which empire and which empire uses which paid. :P
