I remember some strategy for A. Miner that used just the 150% tax and a huge population to make money. Anyone remember what it was?

Yeah it`s Housing\Population\Tax strategy. There are ways to do it other then 100% tax but if you want to go all tax you should research all housing and build all houses... make sure you have planety of CG`s and food at all times and you`ll make lotsa of money and have a very high base pr. gluck to you.
