how do u put goods on the market?

you click on "market" under the command menu on the left
then you click "consumer goods" (or if by goods you mean all your stuff in general, then just click whatever thing you wish to sell)
then, type the number you wish to sell in the corresponding box, type/change your price accordingly, then click sell
