how can I estimate what the loyalty will be in a cluster if the individual planets have different levels?

Hmm i always got a average figure of the loyalty on each .. but then i`d have had nearly same pop on all. thanks Bomocho :)

I know after you capture planets the loyalty is instantly halved.
eg you captured what would have been a 5,000 loyalty c2, when the c2 goes into your manage planets its instantly 2500 loyalty.

that makes good sense to me. I am going to leave this up for a bit since it is not in the manual...

it is based on population, so if a big population planet with 5k loyalty combines with a 0 pop planet, the result cluster (assuming all other planets are 5k or 0pop ) loyalty will be 5k
the exact equation i am unsure of, but is probably an average of 5 colonies resulting loyalties when factoring in their respective populations

so (pop1/total pop )X(loyalty1) + 2...3...4...5..)) / 5
if that is unclear, pm me on GC/RT, and i will try and type it out better if needed
