1. Fix the viral upkeep with marauder ships. (Capitol at LEAST)
2. Eliminate the careful attack option for all but Guardian i guess...
3. Normalize the ruby and tourmaline. In the process, normalize the rest of their ships.

What say you?!

hmm, careful attack is useful and would rather keep it to be honest.

The other 2 im for in improving, however there are other things that need to be modified as well

anyone who thinks it`s ok for virals to sit at 200mil+ pr and still make money is blind.

anyone who thinks the ruby and tourmaline are fair is.. well.. dum?

and those who think that removing the careful attack option won`t lessen the effects of spamming can get a clue. my two cents.
