I think ruby`s and tourm`s need to stay powerful simply because of how set back guards are due to pr issues. G and L ships can be used very effectively if you incorporate them into your fleet properly. People spam ships with every race, so why should it be any different for guards. Besides, guards that consistently spam ruby/tourm are usually the easiest targets.

if there is really modification to be made to guard ship, show the updates for g and L ships first b4 changing tom and ruby. the previous updates to g and L ships is really disappointing.. don want to lose tom and ruby b4 i can get a decent guard ships list...

What do you mean exactly by "normalizing" the ruby/tourm and the rest of their ships?

I say, make rubies/tourms mission required the mission being you need a base pr of 800k+ to be able to research and use teh rubies~tourms, cause they are leety! and nothing else eats a chiron like a ruby!
