basicly a thread to discuss idea`s suggestions and fixes to the rules

aswell as formalising them so that they are concrete , as the trial wasnt perfect but i enjoyed it and im sure yall did.

we need seperate rules ofc for each gamespeed , along with a set reward for them.

Current + Future Rules:

C3`s gained from NPC or Galactic Council to Fed Leaders
C3`s can be 1-2 Land Size alternating the value of Certain C3`s
Any Alteration to a C3 will make it void ( assimilate / infect / gordo / plunder )

Vacation mode while holding a C3 will void Your EMPIRE instead of your C3`s , this means if you VM with a C3 , the C3 & You are useless to your fed. but if you return and its stolen, the C3 will still count. this rule doesnt count if they are infected / assimilated / gordoed

Rule facing this update to prevent numerous abuses im sure yall can think of if you put yourself in mr admins shoes , and to make mr admins life easier

Activated Vacation Mode will exclude you from ALL Galactic Council handouts , this includes Randomly given out C3`s and Rewards.

Fed Hopping / Creating / Kicking / Other such unfair advantages any of you can bring forward need rules applying to ensure fair balanced and enjoyable gaming.

i dont think its fair if 6 people in 6 different feds get kicked , make a new fed and beat a fed thats winning , then most likely just return to there feds again.

HOWEVER , i do like the general idea , so im thinking something like a 2 week rule before you become a valid contribution to your fed

cant recall if i missed anything o.o`

Rule : All 1-2 Land C3`s must be either plundered or gordo`d After Event Rewards handed out

some more fed names have been put forward , one the week application is over all C3`s will be handed out at once , a percentage of them will have a boarder , this will be evenly spread between all feds

Since i don`t care about land size. Can I just have like 3 2-land C3s?

and then what about the people who dont want a C3 like them , there gona start demanding U class and shizzle , the reward is custom set , if you dont want the reward plunder it or lose it

i ment by people who arnt collective and viral should get the current c3 but the people who are coll and viral who are agri should indeed get a 60k c4 maybe 40k instead

mara there arnt many plunder colls really i would only make a few bill unless i have like 50 housing and try to solely live off of plunder seriously i would rather enjoy a 60k c4 that i can plunder too and be able to use for agri if i was agri colll.,

ide love nothing more than a free 80k plunder as a col or maru :-/ ( as a maru or collective i probably didnt help to win anyhow )

In my opinion, there really isn`t a need to nominate who in the fed gets a C3. I personally feel that Maraudian did a wonderful job of looking through our fed and deciding who would get the C3s. Our fed, for example, is full of a lot of newer players that would never stand a chance. But only those of us with more experience got the C3s. A lot like he did with giving all of those C3s to Sol because Sol was the only active, eligible player in his fed.

Is the this the sticky that you refer to at the top banner of GC?

And will you put the updates up as a news event, when they are updated? This to me looks like some unofficial intermediate state of the discussion of what will happen.

2 week rule is alot more interesting

as for nominating who gets clusters in fed , not as interesting but can be done

I put foward that any movement between involved federations once the event has begun should void you, and any event c3s you may have. Unless A - you join from a federation that is not participating and which you have been a member of from before the event started, or B - you join from fedless, given you have not been in a participating federation since the event has started.

I also think fed leaders should be able to nominate players to receive the event c3s, and that each should come with a single border to avoid the gordo wars...

and can i ask all fed leaders to ensure all fed members know the rules so they know exactly whats going on at the end of it , as rabies seemed completely clueless to the fed war info ^^
