basicly a thread to discuss idea`s suggestions and fixes to the rules

aswell as formalising them so that they are concrete , as the trial wasnt perfect but i enjoyed it and im sure yall did.

we need seperate rules ofc for each gamespeed , along with a set reward for them.

Current + Future Rules:

C3`s gained from NPC or Galactic Council to Fed Leaders
C3`s can be 1-2 Land Size alternating the value of Certain C3`s
Any Alteration to a C3 will make it void ( assimilate / infect / gordo / plunder )

Vacation mode while holding a C3 will void Your EMPIRE instead of your C3`s , this means if you VM with a C3 , the C3 & You are useless to your fed. but if you return and its stolen, the C3 will still count. this rule doesnt count if they are infected / assimilated / gordoed

Rule facing this update to prevent numerous abuses im sure yall can think of if you put yourself in mr admins shoes , and to make mr admins life easier

Activated Vacation Mode will exclude you from ALL Galactic Council handouts , this includes Randomly given out C3`s and Rewards.

Fed Hopping / Creating / Kicking / Other such unfair advantages any of you can bring forward need rules applying to ensure fair balanced and enjoyable gaming.

i dont think its fair if 6 people in 6 different feds get kicked , make a new fed and beat a fed thats winning , then most likely just return to there feds again.

HOWEVER , i do like the general idea , so im thinking something like a 2 week rule before you become a valid contribution to your fed

cant recall if i missed anything o.o`

Rule : All 1-2 Land C3`s must be either plundered or gordo`d After Event Rewards handed out

oh im sorry , i wasnt aware non staff were able to browse online times...

no he isnt active.

now please try to enjoy the commical side of a weakling about to die a painfull death ( sol ) rather than complaining.

well he was offline and in np , obviously gona lose em if he got em , but in the call of fair and balance 5 C3 and 3 boarders were given to all feds to stop cheat accusations

and even more commicly he got pawnd instantly and we all know he only has starbases / no dead boarders & 5 C3`s

Yep! That`s why CC won the last event, right mara?

... Oh. Right.

Can`t say I`m happy about sol getting the three borders though, and I personally think it should have been limited to a maximum of one c3 per participant in the fed, so if the fed lacked participants, too bad. But meh.

if yall sat down and thought about what happened

every fed got 5 C3 , some people got more than 1 , some never.
every fed got 3 dead boarders

nobody innactive or in VM got a C3 , sol being the only active person in his fed other than me ( who isnt allowed or interested in event ) very commicly got all of it.

now we all know sol has no win , so me and pretty much anyone who isnt a crying little sissy girl is laughing at poor iccle sol who`s gona get majorly pawnd the second he leaves DP

Sol however apears to be smarter than we all thought :-o

he left my fed and joined another in hopes they can protect them, well thats up2 you guys if they can or not , all is fair in love and war and what not

and yes as per usual i planned all this with CC and intend to give them another 10 if they start losing because i who dont even play this game any more due to you whining little sissy girls still for whatever reason cheat.

5 C3`s and 3 Dead Planets were given per fed. None were given to people in VM, and none to inactives. Sol being the only eligible active member recieved his feds share, 5 c3`s and 3 deads.

I would like to note that when I received an event c3 (today a few hours ago) I did not receive a border and I had to bury it on my own, I did notice that some people get borders and some don`t... I hope its fair, even though I realize it`s random.

Random means he can do whatever he likes, Means if he wants to give one person 5 all at once, he can do that. He also posted in the main thing above about the fed hopping thing, and theres a 2 week limit.

Random also means if he wants to give borders he can, if he doesn`t want to he won`t. It`s all apart of the fun. It`s always the losers who complain and ruin the events. Even when CC is losing them, do you see us complaining? You all must be a bunch of spoiled 12 year olds to think complaining will let you win or get you what you want.

If you don`t like an event, ignore it, don`t say anything. If you like an event, participate, and let the people who put time in to run it, especially when their time is short, that you appreciate what they are doing.

Ok im going to note a few things... first to be valid you must be in a fed for 2 weeks so jumping to the fed whos in the lead at the end isent an option... second there are 20 days left in this event you are all acting as if it ends tomorrow and everyone jumped to CC so we could instantly win.... and kelti... lol.... thats just... thats funny... you do realize that maraudian as admin has no obligation to hold events? and yet he does with the small bit of free time he has and most of the time alot of you respond by complaining *Sigh*

How is it our fault that a player decided to join CC over say.. dist or rabies? *oh lets blame cc because someone joined them* boo hoo. if they had joined your fed you would have been smug. Chill out, fight us, win from us. then you can be all happy. we still have a while yet, i`m sure interesting things can happen :) best of luck to everyone.

Islander, all he is saying is the event isn`t balanced and isn`t fair. I agree with him, how is it fair on Sol he is given 5? How is it fair the first round of c3s didnt have borders with them? And how is it fair for people to move feds when the event is going on and after they have been given a C3 (Sol and Accird to CC for example) ? In effect CC has been given 10, not 5 `cus the first thing Sol did was join CC, now HereToPissYouOff have none...

Don`t get me wrong i`m totally in favor of events, but thing they could be done alittle better...

Whos all in for a vote that every single player on GC hunts keltikelti until he quits the game?
Cause he and others like him are the reason we have very few events and many of the major ideas were cancelled, such as DM`s and the Asmodai event.

Anyone who posts anything so asinine as like what he just posted should be blacklisted straight out...

You people need to chill out a bit :) If the C3s are bordered, then as long as everyone with them got dead borders, then there shouldn`t be a problem.
Appreciate the work Maraudian does, and try not to call for his head every time you get a little bit upset ;)

also where was it stated that empires will get dead planets as borders on their C3`s (nowhere)

this is a complete and utter abuse of admin privelages and i vote that all events be suspended indefinately till a responsible admin can be appointed

this fed war even should be dismissed b/c of the fact that 1 empire was given 5 c3`s there was no information stating that this was going to happen

so wait, Sol was given 3 of the C3s?

on another note - what happens if someone else (an enemy for example) uses a gordo on you and it increases the planet size? Is the C3 then voided?
