apart from that you can get turns thru artifact use (www.artifacts.tk) or by getting a paid account

you wait, turns are regenerated over a certain period of time dictated by what server you play.
the servers and their turn regen rates and max turn storage are listed in the FAQ of the manual, please read the manual, and then ask questions.
