Well my net was down for 5 days, i missed a bunch read back threw it, almost cared here or there, laughed a bunch saw some awesome stuff, relived some good memories, but the thread was sinking, and well i didn`t want to see it die like that so lets keep it going yay!!!! lets hate on CC some more

Well I`m not a computer, and the data you gave me was just number, hence decimal division was assumed.

My point being you have to state what your working with, without axioms math is meaningless. Don`t just post ambiguous math trying to look coolies ;P

Deil, if you send someone a message saying 1+1, without anything else they will send you back 2; since decimal division is the standard and can be assumed. It`s like if you want to work with vectors you have to state that or someone could think your trying to define sets.

Your data type does the explicit stating. And actually, a "normal number" to computers is a binary number. Decimal numbers need be converted. And it also depends on what you are dealing with. The entire point is that you do NOT know unless it is explicitly stated, by data type or otherwise. That goes for decimal addition as well.
