System Refresh and GC people

What do people actually inside the GC universe see or experience when the system refresh occurs? Does everyone experience a temporarily blinding flash of light that incapacitates everyone for a couple minutes before they resume their everyday lives? What do they think about this pecurlier event that occurs every 24 hours? Any religions formed to explain this phenonmenon? Maybe a pulsar in the center of the GC universe that emenates waves every 24 hours that cleanses everyone of bad thoughts and disease for 1 minute?

I personally think they`d see it as Stephen`s daily reminder that this is what will happen to the GC Universe (an "end times" warning so to speak) if they steal too much ice cream out of the freezer at night, but this is just wild speculation. =P

Then what do you call government statistics? Sure, people SAY there are 6.2 billion people on the "real" planet earth, but can we really be sure of that figure? Maybe that too is simply a number coded in Binary that relies on other variables. o_0

Because take for example his `population`, it is a number coded in Binary and relies on other variables. And that is not the definition of sentient being (a Human if he is Terran etc).

It`s an e.m.p. which inconveniently resets everyone`s household `bots` and stops them from making dinner. Very inconvenient :P
