That specific mission required 5 million credits to be used towards construction.

I think JediHarri meant credits and not "dollar" as all currency in GC is credits. =)

When i said credits, i meant turns...

to get the money, you can sell things 1 `dollar` below the cheapest price people offer, get good commercial infrastructure(and research about it) and wait a long time and use all your credits
