if you can message me on ultra that would be graet as i refuse to restart on rt after all that time and will only go on to see if the problem has beeen resolved or a satisfactory answer has been given apologice for sounding arsey it takes a lot of time and is frustrating

yeah i could see what that would be frustrating.
just try to be patient as when things like this result from a bug admins are usually willing to reimburse you for anything lossed and help you out. gluck and i hope you get this figured out.
