Bug with empire death?

I`ve just the unfortunate joy of being completely wiped out! Lost all my planets in one devasting counter attack.

As a guardian this should have killed my empire. But i think i`ve encountered a small bug...

I built a single scout and went to the exploration screen. At the top of the screen it said that i should restart my empire since i was killed. But the exploration button functioned... i found a planet and could continue my empire from the bottom up...

Of course i restarted manually but i thought i`d share this anyway!

yes thankyou for not exploiting this bug , hopefully it will be fixed soon

anyone caught exploiting this bug is force restarted anyhows but yar , thanking you
