i make this warning in case you try to log in and it says like "empire name doesn`t exist" or some such and you start to panic. ;)

Yes, so instead of logging in as "HouseAtreides", you would log in as <instert new empire name here> after you make the request.

I dont understand your warning. A change in empire name means a change in user name?

yes, just ask the admin thats online. Be aware that a change in empire name means a change in user name too.
