i would love to see an artifact with the effect of INCREASING loyalty at your top planet since there is the artifact (TRICIONE) with the effect of DECREASING loyalty .. maybe we make it like adding 2 - 5 loyalty per use and it require 4 rare and 1 uncommon to fuse it ?
