STC link

yea, i think it constitutes an unfair advantage when a few empires know how to get stcs while the rest dont. Think of it this way: no stc link = easier life since you don`t have to check for stc abuse anymore.

fine then remove the link, what is the point of a few "mates" having it when rest of the players don`t.

either you have it for all or for none. Do you use it every day maraudian, since you know what the new link is I assume you and your friends do.

just remove the link and be done with it. Just tell the website owner you`re stephen and would like the site taken off the voting lists for that particular site. =P

BTW, would it be considered abuse if we try to edit the link by trial and error (like I did with Pandy`s suggestion, and now confess, throwing myself on the mercy of the court)?

Well I`d prefer that everyone has equal possibilities to cheat, even if more do, than just a couple of empires have access to a free stc each day :-(

now i dont have to manually check every empire in every gamespeed for stc abuse then listen to them bang on about how everyone does it when there the only one on there gamespeed or such * bonzai

it`s a secret. Only super old players who`ve been here longer than you deserve to know. Its one of the things they have over the newer folks. :)

yup, so even voting on one account one on server, and then voting at another computer at another location on another account can put both accounts at risk. Heck, it could put every account on all other servers at risk. Presumably this risk can be avoided if you only use the link on the same computer.

Per person your only supposed to be able to vote once per 24 hours anyway..

is it one vote per account or one vote per person?

Does it still function like it used to where if you click to vote more than once per day you simply won`t get an extra STC? Cuz the way it`s worded it sounds like you just click on it twice by mistake before 24 hours is up and boom your account is gone.

I trust the account suspension is for those who intentionally come up with work arounds?

I assume no bobby.. but allow me to quote Maraudian "but its a instant loss of account if you abuse it "
basically if you vote to get more then one stc per day then you will lose your account... as for how thats a good question lol
