Perseus the nap and such...is already done in my opinion.
simple...plunder the junk 1 land C3, use PCC/missions to get borders or high base PR empires and bam...no problewm
well if you think that first you have a month war of trying to hold onto em etc , then they get yet another C3 dumped onto there boarder , everyone and everyone will know this and jump them etc , and then its only a 60k land C3 thats rather poor for RT and well , not gona be easy to keep hold of and the fed will probably lose the majority in a few days

gaara : 1 - 2 land oceanics, thats crazy, minimum size ive seen is 10 and they great for digging artifacts. Im pretty sure a 1 - 2 land oceanic would be far better than a u.spazial :S
Take that back, I created a temp fed for anyone intested in this asmodai guys planets!
