You should do this for all non-leading fed members on the slow server. Spice things up a bit!
But really, M | K are way too far up to challenge. In fact, they`d probably just take the clusters, so forget that idea. Give all other fed members some of those Terran Ice Pirate super-battleships!

ummm, my fed is 10th down on the list.. which would make it in the top 11, and i never got a C3.

the idea of the fed war event is that the server makes the event , not NPC`s , i want an event that you can all play yourselves , like DM`s
err im guessing some how were wernt in the top 11, cause we got no c3 but the one onyro stole =/
i for one think the not giving cc a c3 is racism and discrimination and homophobia on marus behalf :p

only 1 leader out the top 11 was in VM , the C3 went to his most suitable member instead

when i won the c-3 off Asmodai it was on my orders, makes it interesting and means you have to work for it
if the leaders are ionactive and in VM, then as stated in the rules previously their c-3`s will not count
personally i think its a very good idea, and even fairer that CC was not given another c-3

I like the way Maraudian did it... caught us off guard and we cant plan to take other leaders c3s until now >:P
I wish the c3 had some land on it so we could use the colony space for something... but o well :p

1.) not all leaders are active & plus i would of gotten there consent if they wanted a C3 first as well.
2.) If there is no warning of this thing & just give these C3s away thats just as crabpy as me getting cluster while out of DP.

I think if ur giving out planets to leaders 1 you should have their consent to do so & 2 give them a good weeks warning & set a date & time & give them special DP at the same time.
