end of the month ( when i wake up on the 1st of next month with a long list of PM`s saying " my fed has X ammount of 1land C3`s "
the prefered layout would be for the fed leaders to PM me there fed name and the names of the members in the fed with C3`s ( although i can check all this out manually its possible C3`s will be lost after the end of the month during time im in work sleeping or such and will be missed when i check without the info PM`s )
looking at this i would assume nov. first...

Thanks, I was curious on what a successful UW would do to your event, as Demacus had one active yesterday. So, if someone else starts a UW, everyone that is properly holding a 1C3, and the members of their federation, should want to destroy the UW, rather than see it blow up the event along with the galaxy.
so if someone where to sit and do an UW event during my event , then there event takes a much higher value than mine , so mine would deleted / paused
can i make it any clearer ANY Abuse , Loophole , tricks , unfair advantages known or future created will as Always be covered in both my events and the rule books and everything else in this game

yes a succesful UW would put every1 into effective frozen account in newbie protection.

Sol, sol. After a UW everybody is put under what Rylivian properly described as "psuedo Newbie mode". Every empire on the affected server has their pr lowered to 1,000 and it will remain this way until the empire logs on to reset their pr.

with a c3 you cannot be in newbie protection because it holds a base PR of 125k since it consists of 125 planets.
