how the heck this could happen to certain empire/s? perhaps there was/were thread/s about this b4... but i guess i didn`t notice or forgot about it already...

so... can anyone pls enlighten my ignorance over this? thanks....

btw... sorry for the -ve (or +ve)... when you have to type/write "negative/positve" term countless times in your electronic assignments, i`m used to it in my daily life all the time... lol...

suspension / freeze / extended VM / UW / being hit in suspension / disbanding at 1.5k

theres a few methods , all require an UW / admin button

Something involving being in frozen mode and the recent UW is my best guess.
