Guardian questions

I see in the description of the Guardian race under special abilities, they have "Effective energy shield".

How does this manifest itself? Just in the toughness of most of their ships against energy attacks, or is there something else?

Also, is there a mission to get the research for the K. Class cruiser as well as the destroyer? Or do I have to just look forward to 25,000 points worth of clicking? And if so, what do most experienced Guards do? Do without the cruiser, or go ahead and get the research?

Lmao i agree with moops its not worth researching, it sucks lmao

true it only takes a week of work to get the darn 25k turn K class ship as well

I personally have put in about 300,000 turns of research in RT for infra and XE

Some people apparently put hundreds of thousands of turns into research on the faster turn servers :p

yeah dont research it though, its not worth it, wait until you have a good housing level and alllll your other ships first, and your cap lab lol, its a trophy ship, its useful, but li is better overall

25,000 = 41.67 * 600

42 hours, not too bad, a week of work and youll have it

you get hun li from act 2 mission 3 once its completed by PMing an admin.

and the effective energy shield is the ships natural resistance to energy attacks as BW stated

What do most Guardians do, go ahead with the research? That`s a long haul...

well first.. its on G class ships and yes it is the 99% shielding against energy... and no theres no mission for the K. cruiser only the destroyer..

i beleive its second act mission 3 that once you finish you pm an admin asking for hun li then you need to research hun xe on your own
