If they can`t raise loyalty I doubt they can conjur mystery artifacts Bartos ;)

Perhaps giving them a single planet with max loyalty that they can cluster?

Perhapz make an unfusable artifact that can raise loyalty +100 on all planets and give 5 if a balanced guard fleet (which is hard) beats the balanced lucas stacks

But to answer your question, its only so that once i get hit i work my way down, im never going to build up this high, im allowing everyone a chance, from high pr and then ill work my way down to between 100k-1 mil prs

I hit it on slow and failed horribly...way too many range 8+ destroyers

as for normals , thats going to be around till it loses 10 C3`s of 1 land size , then at the end of the month the fed who can claim the most of em will win pretty prizes for the whole fed

an idea i wanted to bring to RT but got forced to drag it out in its planning stages due to stephen and whoever the hell decided and pushed forward stepens event :-(
