Are C. Goods useful to Guards?

to put it bluntly.. buying cg is like getting free money.. u buy 2bils cgs, means u get 2bils credits :D jus that u need 8bil to invest in 2bils of cgs and use lot of turn to sell the cgs to ur pop in order to get 10bil in return..
jus that to guard with low income, every cents count.. lol...

not double...but they are nice to have. remember you only make 25% profit on goods bought at 4, so not really `doubling profit` if you have already spent 4 million on goods that sell for 5 million (1 mill profit)
