Is it possible in any way for an empire to transter credits form one empire to another?

If anyone tries to tell you that you can transfer credits/goods via the market, I reccomend that you report them as this can have very bad effects on you from the admin, because it is cheating.

When you are a slave of another person. The other person can sent you money if he has it in his tribute reserves and whether he is kind or not
