Basicly make raw mat the biproduct of industry instead of agri and make farmers have to buy raw mat to produce food. Would give an extra boost to industry miners who need some more incentive to even exist. And farming could easily get "nerfed" a bit.
Also don`t it make more sense for the industry to build tractors and stuff, than it makes sense that the industry use corn and cows in all their products?
