Just give it no retal. And take away the 30% capture.
Collectives are kinda boring, would like more options. Plus schooner is definitely not as good as galleon right now despite having about the same PR.
Giving it no retal would make it more of an aggressive attacking ship, without the capturing ability of the galleon. Although it has less attack and hp than the galleon, but the no retal more than makes up for it.
