Digging time

Rare digging time is very inconvenient for me in my timezone. Why not base digging times off of an empires own timezone. Also, only allow empires to change timezones once per week or whatever to prevent people from taking advantage of this. This would also make the game more fair for everyone in different timezones.

sadly this will never be done. It`s been suggested for the past 3 years I have been playing and it will be kept being suggested till the game dies and no-one cares.

I guess the US gets screwed along with alot of people. For me it`s a pretty good time so I`m not complaining hehe
