10x pr is alot only if you are poor ;p

the most crazy i had did was build to 600mil pr and declare independence where the master was at 60mil pr and get in vmode once he enslave me :)

JadeFalcon, you would only be generating a per-turn income if you had some alternate source of income besides food. Growing food does not give you money, putting it on the market and finding a buyer does.

Don`t you have to use turns to grow food ? Each turn generates income ! Or am I missing something ??

a neat trick it to set your economy in such a way, that a slaver is no hindrance. it pains you only if you have a positive income (commerce==a lot of commercial nodes; or taxes==a lot of houses, huge population and high loyalty). in every other case the point is moot - no incomes, no tribute.
i`m often a farmer. i make food and sell it on the market. no tribute on that...

10x is alot, best ask to be freed

ask nicely to be freed, or climb to 10x pr and free yourself using the slave panel.
