the only ones to benefit (or benefit the most) are those that finished the missions. If you didn`t finish certain guard missions, you don`t benefit. As it stands, very few people who have finished the missions or did a significant enough chunk of those missions to really benefit are still around as guard. You can count the number of guards who have done any missions at all on two hands on normal server I think.

Yea, exactly. Let`s consider it a reward for being around when the reset happened =P

Just remember that any imbalance caused wouldn`t be the same as say if Stephen decided to issue 30 BTC and 15 PCC to everyone on every server (which did happen by the way although I forget the exact numbers used).

Well here`s an idea for the missions: Why not make all the stuff in act 2 instead be act 3, and whatever was planned for act 3 put in act 2 instead? Then just do a reset of everyone`s mission status. Of course this would pose the small problem of a few people being able to get a few extra infrastructure levels (for those races like A Miner that have like +5 to mining or +2 to housing), but that`s about it.
