Many of you`s dont know this, but the chat that you see on the right hand side of the screen when playing GC is apparently a "UC CHAT". This is not the case. This is a chat that is used for both games, no single game owns it.

The way I see it is if people from GC RT use the "SPACEFED - Chat" then it`ll be alot better for the game. Chatting on msn behind the scenes makes the game seem dead when really its quiet active.

Im focusing on increasing the games potential, helping New empires to the game and also to show everyone else who hasn`t tried GC that it is active and that it isn`t dying and becoming dead.

GC has missions currently in production for Marauder, Viral and Collectives race. All races will be updated to 3 acts instead of the standard 2.

I personally reakon that this is the best option to help the game progress and get back to its former state. Join the cause, you won`t be dissapointed. Their are alot of people working behind the scenes to make this game improve, please dont let their work be in vein.

how about two different colours of chat uc one colour and gc a different colour the new players could see the relevant information for the game they are playing?

naw i dont think so, not alotta ppl playing gc anyway unlike the old days. pointless to waste time in creating a new chat box for GC ppl.

ok, the things I have gotten out of posting this chat is that GC needs its own chat! Not a global chat like their is at the moment.

Admin, Stephen and who ever is involved in game development - I think you should seriously consider making this happen. It`ll save so much of the flame wars that are going on. Its obvious that people on GC hate UC, and people on UC hate GC. It`ll be not-smart to leave it the way it is.

thats another reason why gc players stoped using the chat as milky said. we get suspended for the stupldest reasons.

See THATS why I dont use the GC chat. I just got suspended for saying I dont do crack, i like trees. Thats ridiculous.

lastc they are discouraged by the chat right now, if we get a new chat there will be more pple i guarantee you that, i work in a call center if our garantee`s dont last we give their money back.

thing is ... gc players rarely use GC chat.
so think of it as a global chat, so we can share our knowledge between the 2 games and at the same time flame each other ;D

I still believe that everybody should use the public chat between the two games. Theirs up and down sides to both.

If we use public and share with UC then at least we may have the chance of drawing a few more players across to GC. If how ever we don`t have that luxury, then UC is UC - GC is GC and people wont really know whats going on with the other game.

On the upside to having 2 separate chats, it means that new guys to GC can ask questions and learn the game without the interuption of having UC jog their brains with non-gc related things. That must be bloody confusing, I can fully understand that. When I was a newbee (which i still am :p) I got confused alot, especially when people were talking about completely different non-related GC stuff. Me in my wisdom decided that hey, Ill mix the information all up and try to play the game.

I`m not sure what is better, but by the looks of everybodies votes, GC having its personal chat is going to be the best option, and to be honest, Will prevent the "flame wars" which some times appear.

Thanks for supporting this, Just wanted to see what everyones views are in the game. Hopefully something comes of this as it will beneficial for everybody.

seperate chats although it apears like a good idea... just isnt because there arent enough GC players talking to make it worthwhile keeping them seperate. also many players that use both games simultaneously use their UC account to talk from since it is easier.
