its not letting me collect retals on normal attacks or enlslave attacks it says im too high pr can someone help

it still doesnt work and its under the 7 days they diddnt restart and all the other things but it doesnt matter i just restarted as viral
1. They or you have not restarted.
2. They are not enslaved by you before your attack.
3. You are NOT trying to enslave them on a counter-attack.
4. Your counter-attack is within the seven (7) days allowed.
Hummmm ... Have you tried to log-out clear your cookies / browser files then log back on and counter-attack ? I`m not sure but this MAY help. If not you will have eliminated one more possibility. And please let us know the results.

there`s a retal expiraton right? last for only 7 days i think

no it wont let me use any of my retals not even on you cause now i have 1 and i lost 3 slaves cause of you well actually because of the guy that hit me before you and then you hit me which knocked me down even further
have you alreday enslaved them?

yaya...check all the posibilities..yawn..
the target may have restarted their empire, that wipes all counters. or if you are enslaved you have to declare independance first.
