To promote the benefits of joining a federation, I was thinking that if we incorporated fed tags that would appear on the ranking list for members of each fed, it would help empires relate with each other.
I`m not sure how difficult the coding for that would be, but if we created something where fed leaders simply uploaded an approved tag, it could then be submitted. I think the simpler we make it, the more likely changes like this ( that we all agree on) will pass.
In conclusion, I firmly believe the more we advertise our federations, the more applicants federations will receive. It`s also easy to see that fed members continue playing this game than those who are on their own.
