What does loyalty do?

well, considereing any positive thing you have in your empire counts towards some bonus when finding artifacts, i`m guessing that loyalty probly does help.

go to the manual and look up races and it shows in detail what their attributes are like. it also has their tech trees and ships that they can build along with a load of other useful infomation

ok besides making trax income go up loyalty CAN give u limited extra luck when digging for artifacts though this isnt properly confirmed though i believe it helps personally (so i recomend u raise ur u. spezial loyalty to 5,000 for best results when digging)

here is the tax formula as it stands atm:

Tax (GC)
(pop / 2) + ( ( pop x loyalty / 5000) x racial attribute)
this taxation is calculated individually for each and every planet, so an average (or
overall) calculation may be slightly different.
