you just have to explore a lot, its random chance, there is a certain percentage chance you will recieve some type of planet, so just keep exploring
OR, you could attack someone that forgot to put some border up, and hope you grab some good clusters
otherwise, you can just use a lot of gordo`s to increase the land size of one you already have
