please explain how is this possible:

it was a counter-attack. he lost 5 of his 9 lines, that`s more than half. i lost less than half of my fleet (i dropped from 1 mil to 700k, he dropped from 190k to 69k). yet i lost the battle. this seems like a bug. or if it isn`t, please explain how is this possible. thank you.

Simple reason why you lost...

1.) IMPORTANT. you lost more power then he did in the fight
2.) If you wiped him out you would of won but you didnt so you lose

Best way to deal with that kind of loss is to not use queens in a counter attack!!

I vote rare for some sort of assylum with padded walls.

also bring the real rare back cos the real one clearly doesnt know anything or answer questions

Rare is correct, battles are determined by pr loss. If you lost more, you lose. An exception to this would be if you lost more pr but killed every single ship in his fleet, then you would win.

When counter attacking someone, be sure to pay attention to your fleet attitude, it can mean the difference between a win and a loss. Just some friendly advice. Also, try attacking with a full fleet of 10 stacks that are relatively close to each other in pr per stack.

im sure victory is determined by comparing pr loss ratio after a battle, so because you lost 300 k`s worth of ships and he only lost 121 k he won yawn newb
