Is there any particular way to search the forum? (besides using google)

apparently, when i went to this site

http://gc.gamestotal.com/hef.cfm?&5540&&f=he&ch=1&simp=0

my whole forum setting suddenly changed and now wherever i go in the forums, there are a few boxes at the top where i can search for threads. lol did that link trigger something off in cyberspace?!?!

lol... funny... earlier i`ve tried few times it didn`t work... now it works flawlessly... :P

It works, you just need to read it carefully and put in the proper search function. For example don`t put an empire name in the empire ID section.

I never noticed that before however i dont spend all that much time in the forum as some of you other guys do so kodos to you guys

lol guys, to make the boxes appear and dissapear, theres a little link "simple filter" and "advanced filter" that you click on the top of the forum =P

oh wait... IF i type a word such as "artifact", why it didn`t return only thread/s that related to artifacts? or i should learn the hidden way of using gamestotal`s forum search function? :P

lmao... it`s under manual`s link all this while??? lol...

i`ve been wondering for a very long time about this... where`s the search option for this forum... other forum sites would definately have it for members who logged in... but somehow i can`t find it here... perhaps due to the new forum? or it has been no search option in spacefed/gamestotal`s forum all this while?
