but build a fleet to 200k PR? please lol...the fleet alone has enough scanner rating to explore 1 planet a turn on all races that can explore

1 planet empires clearly value empire stats and ` pride ` bullying them and destroying their pride is probably the most amusing thing i can think of in this day and age

My only problem with it is that they offer no contribution to the game play in the way of reward for the efforts of victory unless you are a race that can enslave them.
1 planet terrans and miners are fun to kill...well, send back to NP anyways
they are just asking to be enslaved
