Do a terran in gc rt need 1 level of housing for the missions?

yep , its not meant to & never used to i think
but you can get the 2 housing these days without having 1 already there ( like it says it should in mission and most guides )

lothors guide to races says you do, but some in chat have said that thay didnt have to and still got them

no, not neccesarily, but if you have 1 level of housing, the reward of a certain mission will be able to reward you with more, with 0 housing it wont give it to you
